Annual fundraising events benefit patient care equipment needs. These include:
Bernie Hutzler Golf Classic – The area’s premier golfing event, the
Bernie Hutzler Golf Classic has raised over $1.25 million to fund
patient care equipment and new programs and services at Berkeley Medical
Center and Jefferson Medical Center. It is held annually on the first
Monday in June.
Tennis Classic – Held on the second Saturday of September each year,
proceeds benefit patient care services at Berkeley Medical Center.
Organized by a group of local physicians, the event was established in
2004 as a fundraiser to benefit Berkeley Medical Center. More than
$100,000 has been raised.
