The Dr. T.K. Oates society at Berkeley Medical Center was established to
honor those individuals, businesses and organizations that have made
major gifts to the City Hospital Foundation.
Named after the founder of Berkeley Medical Center, Dr. T.K. Oates, the
Society recognizes those who have provided support for the hospital in
their estate plans or through an outright gift.
Membership in the Oates Society at Berkeley Medical Center is open to
anyone making a donation of $10,000 or more to the City Hospital
Foundation. Outright gifts of cash, securities, real estate and
personal property are acceptable, as well as planned gifts through a
will, life insurance policy or life income gift (charitable gift
annuity, charitable remainder trust).
